Provides transcriptions or otherwise summaries of correspondence between the 1st Earl Fitzwilliam, 1643-1719, and Francis Guybon who from before 1678 was steward of Fitzwilliam's Milton Estate, near Peterborough. In the early period the letters are largely by Fitzwilliam and in the latter period by Guybon. Deal with the wide ranging issues handled by an estate steward.
