Notes:

Traced origins to Frederick Sage who established his shopfitting business in 1860 in Gray's Inn Road. Incorporated as Fredetrick Sage & Co Ltd in 1905. Fitted out premises of leading businesses including department stores, banks, offices, etc. Customers included Houses of Parliament, Harrods, Liberty & Co, etc. Established works at Walton, Peterborough, and in 1911 started aircraft production there. Reverted to shopfitting after war. Sold aircraft factory 1936 to Aeronautical Corp of Great Britain Ltd, makers of Aeronea. Aircraft business in liquidation 1937 when focused on fitting out buildings
