Traced origins to a glass cutting business established by George Haden. Moved into bicycle manufacture in 1882. Diversified into motorcycle and, later, sidecar manufacture in c1906. Probably purchased Regal Motorcycle Co in 1913. Focused on bicycle and bicycle parts manufacture from 1920s. c1940 known as Haden Brothers Ltd when made motor and bicycle components. Closed 2002
