Later made electricity cables and cables for mines. Led by Henry Edmunds after Glover's death. Incorporated 1898. Moved to Trafford Park. 1919 acquired by Vickers Ltd but continued as a separate entity. Sold by Vickers 1929 when part of Callender's Cable & Construction Co Ltd. After 1945 also made submarine power cables. Subsequently subsumed into British Insulated Calender's Cables Ltd
