Built underground railway trains from 1920s and sometime also motor buses. 1930s established Gloucester Wagon Hiring Ltd, a wagon leasing business. 1961 acquired by Winget Ltd to form Wingets Gloucester Ltd. Latterly focused on making bogies, rolling stock undergear, etc.
