Reorganised 1936. Mid 1930s relocated to Croydon and subsequently opened factories at Slough and Dundee. 1938 acquired by St Helens Cable & Rubber Co Ltd. 1942 established Expanded Plastics Ltd and from 1943 controlled by BX Plastics Ltd. Ownership transferred to British Xylonite Co Ltd in 1948.
