Premises became known as Royal Seed Growing Establishment. By 1901 also had premises at Reading. Incorporated 1920. In 1880 combined with another King family seedsmen's business, E W King & Co Ltd, also of Coggeshall, established by Ernest King in 1888 and incorporated in 1920, but continued to operate separately.
