Gilbert Innes of Stow, 1751-1832, was a Scottish landowner who from 1794 to 1832 was Deputy Governor of the Royal Bank of Scotland. A noted patron of the arts, he supported the sculptor, Thomas Campbell, 1791-1858, inter alia, establishing for him a loan repayment scheme for over a decade
