John Hustler, c1717-90, was a leading Bradford wool merchant and woolstapler who inherited his business from his father. Noted for his promotion of facilities for the Bradford wool trade, notably the erection of a market building - eg Piece Hall, and the promotion of the Leeds to Liverpool Canal Co and the Bradford Canal
